Lead Business Analyst

RJC are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join a major client of ours in Singapore.

In this role you'll be responsible for managing and developing the Singapore BA team, ensuring high-quality BA delivery and coaching analysts on best-practice techniques. The role also supports the IT leadership team with medium-term technology roadmaps, organisational planning and global BA standards.

You'll build strong relationships across Middle Office, Risk, Treasury and Finance, driving prioritisation and delivery decisions, as well as lead BA practices across Agile and structured projects, while improving requirements, documentation and JIRA/Confluence governance.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years experience working within an energy/commodities trading environment
• Comfortable querying data directly (SQL or equivalent) to investigate issues
• Ability to work across multiple work-streams
• C-Level stakeholder management skills
